——台灣早有合法選擇，別讓恐懼逼你走向灰色地帶

昨天參加台灣居家醫療學會研討會，聽到許多醫師分享居家安寧現況，內心很有感觸。

最近「#斷食善終」引起大量討論，很多人因為害怕痛苦、害怕插管、害怕失去尊嚴，而開始思考這條路。

這種心情，我完全懂。我從國中就需要協助照顧我奶奶，大學時照顧妹妹，現在則是照顧失智的媽媽⋯⋯

但你知道嗎？台灣早在2019年就有《#病人自主權利法》，讓我們可以「#合法善終」

• 透過 ACP（預立醫療照護諮商）
• 簽署 AD（預立醫療決定）
